BRAKE FLUID

brake  fluid  is  a chamically   inert   hydraulic  fluid  use   to   transmit   force   and  motion  .  it  also  lubricates
piston  in the  master  cylinder  ,wheel  cylinders ,and  calipers   there  are  three   type  of  brake   fluid. these  are  classifed  by  department   of  transporation  (DOT) as  DOT   3, DOT 4 and  DOT5   . this  classification  must  appear  on  the  brake  fluid  container.
     DOT  3  is most  widely   used .  DOT 4  was  developed  for  disc  - brake  system  . DOT 5 is  silicone-based   and   can  take  even  higer  temperatures .
